  • Do you accept returns?
    Because every Two Olives bracelet and gift box is made to order, all sales are final. This protects the integrity of our small-batch process and ensures each piece is created specifically for you.

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

  • What if my bracelet doesn’t fit?
    We offer one complimentary resizing.
    You cover shipping to us; we cover the adjustment and return shipping back to you.

    Can I exchange my item for a different piece?
    Because each order is handcrafted, we cannot exchange one item for another. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it right away.

  • Free Shipping
    Every Two Olives piece is handcrafted in small batches, and we’re proud to offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.

    Processing Time
    Because each bracelet and gift box is made by hand, please allow 3-7 business days for production time

    Shipping Method
    All orders ship free via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes tracking and reliable delivery.

    Damaged Orders
    If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the packaging

    • Photos of the item

    We’ll replace or repair anything that arrives damaged.

    Shipping Destinations
    We currently ship within the United States.

    Address Changes
    If you entered the wrong address, email us immediately at orders@twoolives.com. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it.

    We can often accommodate rush requests depending on materials and production volume.

  • Can I cancel or change my order
    Orders can be cancelled or corrected within 24 hours as long as production hasn’t begun. After that, materials are already allocated and we aren’t able to make changes.

  • What sizes do you offer?
    Our bracelets come in three standard lengths:

    • Small — 7 inches

    • Medium — 7.5 inches

    • Large — 8 inches

    These measurements reflect the outer length of the bracelet, including the toggle clasp.

    How do I choose my size?
    Measure your wrist snugly with a soft tape, then compare it to the guide below:

    • Wrist 5.75"–6.25" → Small (7")

    • Wrist 6.25"–6.75" → Medium (7.5")

    • Wrist 6.75"–7.25" → Large (8")

    If you're between sizes, choose the larger one for a comfortable, easy-to-wear fit.
    Toggle clasps look and feel best with a little movement on the wrist.

  • What metals do you use?
    Our bracelets are crafted with gold-filled findings and 24K vermeil-style toggle clasps over fine silver — durable, skin-safe, and made to last.
    We never use cheap brass plating or metals that discolor quickly.

    How should I care for my bracelet
    Store it dry, avoid lotions or perfumes on the metal, and wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear.
    Gold-filled and vermeil-style pieces age beautifully and are designed for long-term wear.

    Are your gemstones real?
    Yes. Every stone is genuine and hand-selected for quality. Slight variations in color and pattern are natural — and part of the beauty of small-batch pieces.

  • Is the Bloom Box ready to gift?
    Yes — every box arrives beautifully wrapped with botanical art, seeds, and the bracelet safely packaged inside. No extra wrapping required.

    Can I include a gift note?
    Absolutely. Leave your message at checkout and we’ll include it in the box.

    Do prices appear on packing slips
    Never. Gift orders are always sent without pricing.
